Area Description
The door is thin, but feels quite strong as you swing it close and fasten the steel latch on the back of it into place. You unroll your bedroll and prepare to rest. You fall asleep.
Some time has passed as you rest when you are jolted out of your sleep by a loud a banging noise coming from the door. You grab your weapon and rush over. Someone or something, is trying to bash down the door. You see and hear rats biting and sniffing underneath the door. A plank of wood breaks off the door and a large hairy arm with claws like razors, grasps at you through the gap in the door. The creature howls and in a maniac rage, charges at the door, slamming into with all its weight. The door hinges buckle but the still holds. The creature makes another running charge at the door. This time the door breaks off the hinges and falls infront of you. The hairy humonoid beast stands before you, gazing at you through its dark eyes and then roars in anger at your presence. You retreat to the end of the room and prepare for combat!
